End-User License Agreement
Effective October 30, 2026
This agreement applies to the Bogaso Inventory application operated by Bogaso LLC (“Bogaso”) for its authorized business users. By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
License and permitted use
Bogaso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the application for authorized inventory and related business operations. Access does not transfer ownership of the application. You retain your rights in the business data you are authorized to enter.
Your responsibilities
Use the application only with the business's authorization. Protect the store password and access credentials, enter accurate information, and report suspected unauthorized access to the store administrator. Do not access another business's records, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, or use the application unlawfully.
QuickBooks Online integration
Connecting QuickBooks requires authorization from a person permitted to grant access to the company. Intuit's own terms govern its services. The current integration can read the product catalog and import new local products. It does not synchronize stock balances or post invoices, bills, payments, or other accounting transactions. Bogaso Inventory is a separate application and is not an Intuit product.
Inventory and accounting decisions
You are responsible for checking product details, units, prices, costs, batch dates, and physical counts. Imported catalog items do not establish physical stock on hand. The application is an operational tool and does not provide accounting, legal, tax, or food-safety advice. Maintain appropriate business records and backups.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed by this deployment.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The application is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bogaso disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or compatibility with changes to third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bogaso is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the application. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and termination
Bogaso may update the application or these terms. Material changes will be identified through updated terms available in the application. Bogaso may suspend or revoke unauthorized access. If access ends, stop using the application and coordinate any required business record export with the administrator. Termination does not automatically delete database records.
